My philanthropic efforts and journey.
Environmental Sustainability.
In 2017, seeing around 2.87 million acres of land burned by wildfires sparked my interest in promoting environmental sustainability. In the past 8 years, I planted over 300 trees and led local initiatives like making upcycled jewelry and encouraging a 30-day eco challenge. These actions have contributed to saving the environment and spreading awareness about sustainable living.
Promoting Equality for Underprivileged Children.
For the last 9 years, I've volunteered to support education for blind and underprivileged children globally. In rural South India, I've actively raised funds for over 500 students, using creative approaches. I went beyond my comfort zone by taking on the lead role of a blind German girl in a drama to generate funds and I initiated personal projects such as selling friendship bands to contribute to the education of these children. Additionally, I have spent 10 days living with underprivileged children in rural south India not only to learn more about their challenges but also to learn about their unique culture.
Empowering Rural Women.
Since 2018, I am dedicated to empowering women in rural India by providing free cancer screening to prevent cervical cancer. Through fundraising efforts, I ensure that women in these communities have access to vital health services. My mission extends beyond early detection; if cancer is diagnosed, I fully fund their treatment, ensuring they receive comprehensive care. By supporting these women, I aim to reduce the prevalence of cervical cancer and improve overall community health.
Creating Everlasting Bonds Through Empathy.
By connecting with underprivileged children worldwide and local communities in need, my philanthropic journey has expanded from its initial roots. Today, my volunteer work extends to providing shelter for local homeless individuals, organizing food donations, and leveraging my creativity to raise funds for the global education of visually challenged children.
But I don't plan to stop here. I'll persist in identifying individual and societal needs through empathy, continuing my mission to empower the underprivileged.
