Redefining Career Womin

Empowering Minority Women in Tech Through an Inclusive Digital Platform.

Identifying the Problem.

Problem Statement:

The challenge was to redesign the website for Career Womin, a non-profit organization supporting minority women in tech. The existing website lacked user engagement and did not effectively communicate the organization's mission or resources.

Our Solution:
I developed a more intuitive and visually compelling website, leveraging user research to enhance accessibility, navigation, and content presentation. The redesigned platform aims to better connect with the target audience and amplify the organization's impact.
